Blogging Rules of Engagement

Be respectful and courteous to fellow comrade chaplains. Avoid using abusive language, personal attacks, hate speech, or defamation of any sort. Feedback to blog posts should be in a polite and constructive manner. Chaplains should follow the ethical guidelines posted on the VFW National Chaplain web page: https://lotcs.org/vfw_chaplain.html under the Ethics tab. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the deletion of the post.

Father God, your word instructs us to have faith and to believe that what we ask for we shall receive. As others have prayed for, "I ask for your protection and grace over the men and women serving today, wisdom for thier leaders and grace and hope for their families" Amen.

Heavenly Father, I pray that you place your healing hand on Carl Fogg's wife and give wisdom to the doctors and care team that are attending to her needs. In your Holy name, Amen!

Heavenly Father, I pray the the continued healing of Walt Tanimoto. Give him strength as he recovers from his illness through the power of your Holy Spirit. Amen.

Heavenly Father, let us remember and honor the memory of our departed comrade Ray Fairbank. We are indeed grateful for his service and sacrifice. Bless and grant peace to his wife Linda Fairbank as she grieves. Amen
